No, its more like YMMV. Include a pre price-match receipt with rebate. For me, in the last 10 PM/ Rebate deals at CC (in the last 3 months), I have never had any issue with any rebate, they all came for the full advertised amount with no follow-up.

In store pickup isn't available. But if the online order receipt doesn't say anything about rebate being offerred then credit card BVG can be done.
