Thanks OP. had tried to buy the 512 at outpost and now its back ordered...can't really send in a rebate when you don't have the product!!!

I'm in for one. I'll let you know how it works out.

what are you talking about? can you show us why you are saying this?I don't have a clue about what this person is talking about (and apparently neither do they). I'm looking at the rebate form now and it doesn't even mention a specific UPC number. The fulfillment company's website is not familiar to me, although the Tempe. AZ mailing address is in the same city as one of the unusal suspects that do rebate fulfillment (maybe GFC?).
I received my card yesterday. Unfortunately, it turns out that I needed a MicroSD, instead of a mini. Oh, well. I'm sure I'll end up using it someplace. It does come with an adapter, BTW.

Oh, I am going to give you a clue, orangespot.
The product I received is the product advertised on the web pade. The rebate form on the web page is not for the product advertised. Both products on the rebate form and on the web page sound very similar but are not the same products. Surely I will let you find it out on your own without posting UPC numbers for the products and even give you a clue on how to do it. Call the rebate center using the number from the rebate form and ask them the UPC code you should be sending with your rebate submission. Than compare it to the one you have and maybe you will get what I am takling about.
As for the all other FWers - DO NOT BUY IT unless full price is OK for you as the rebate purposly contains mistakes in order to disqualify you from rebate. Only buy it if you do like me. I calkl several times to rebate center, take names and time of the call and than submit it to BBB and FTC. those two will teach the company to respect customer's rights.
