NO text to speech. That is a biggie for me.

Saw it in stock right now at CC. However, Amazon reviews suggest it's not worth it... lack of pinhole reset button leaves you helpless when the thing crashes (which I guess Windows CE units are prone to do).

I don't know much about GPS systems, but that review was enough to put me off buying one, even if it is only $99.

No, it leaves Amazon reviewer helpless. I reset one with no problems when it crashed (only once for me in last 3 months). Lol - and yet you don't post what you did in your reply so others know you're not a blithering fool. Niiiice.

What does the 3.3 verion have?I think the 3.3 has newer maps. Perhaps it's also the version with TTS as the C230 I was looking at had 3.3 and has TTS. Hmm, I wonder if the C220 can be upgraded.

Any idea on how to hack into the MIO? What can you do to this GPS system?

This is my 1st GPS and I was unaware of it's capabilities.
