No rebate forms in East Brunswick, N.J. store. They only had three 12-packs of qualifying brands, and they said that was all the soda they had in the store.
If you are in the area where there are Long's Drugs on page 20 of this week's Sunday Newspaper flyer that is usually in a rack as you enter the store, there's a coupon for BUY 4 GET ONE FREE. It's very small and is a MANUFACTURER'S COUPON.
It may work with the other Walgreen's 5 for $11 coupon though that one says not with any other coupons. It's worth a try.
Unfortunately in this area I haven't seen any Caffeine free Diet Pepsi in any of the 5 different Walgreens that I've been in from time to time. It all disappeared with the other Walgreen's Pepsi deal a few weeks ago. None of the stores seem to be getting any more Caffeine Free! 
UPDATE
No Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi in Walgreens in Los Gatos. Therefore I didn't have chance to try to see if the Long's Manufacturer's Coupon would work for an extra 12 pack.
Are any of these rebates valid for non-diet products? My wife won't drink Diet Pepsi, and I don't drink Diet.

The Walgreens here in Jacksonville,FL have restocked the Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Sierra Mist. Had my son pick some up about an hour ago. I have been to 2 Walgreens and 1 WalMart and no Pepsi Rebate Form to be found at all.

If Walgreens is out of the product, just take the ad to WalMart....
And buy there....
I sent in all the information for both rebates without the rebate forms, recieved letters from Pepsi requesting the rebate form. Talked to customer service for each rebate, overriding it, two checks for $10 each in the mail!!!
Received two $10 checks today one from each rebate offer!
