Kicking myself in the butt. I green'ed this thread a few hours ago, and wanted to have a few hours to think about it. Of course, I come back and the price has gone up!

I ordered this item as specified in the link and they have sent the Furi Rachael Ray Gusto-Grip 3-Piece Knife Set accidentally.

I called and asked that they send the correct item. According to them, the item is no longer available from Amazon.com. They would refund the money or give a discount on the item they shipped. They offered $15.00 USD off the item. So $38.12 for the item they sent. Not that good of a deal since you can buy both of the knives separately for 44.00 USD without the case. I would rather have had the copper tail knife set. Oh well.

I ordered mine on July 4 and received the correct item.

I ordered mine July 5th and just received the orange gusto grip. I'm calling them now. I want the coppertail one that I originally ordered.

(My confirmation was sent on Sun 7/6/2008 @ 10:10 AM--I get the knives Monday, so it'll be interesting to see what actually shows up).

I am going to call again and see if I can return the Gusto grip knives. They just look cheap and feel cheap.

They didn't even offer me a discount. They just sent an e-mail saying they refunded my $56 and a link to print out a return label. I don't know what I'll do yet. The problem I think was that someone stuck the wrong sku label on the side of the box saying it's the coppertail item even though the photo on the box is clearly of the gusto grip knives. I'm willing to wait till it comes back in stock but it seems Amazon isn't going to deal with that supplier again.
