Great deal! Last Amazon deal at $263 got lots of green, and this is an awesome GPS for the money. Still sells for $300 or so B&M, a nice step up from the Nuvi 2xx series that are at other stores for around $250. Thanks OP, was waiting for this to go on sale again.

I have to say, this is an awesome find on an awesome unit. My girlfriend and I recently borrowed her parents Nuvi 650 on a trip out of town. I was blown away by this! If it was in my budget, I'd go ahead and buy it right now.

I just bought a refurbished Garmin Nuvi 650 from eBay for $220 - 20% MS CashBack = ~$176 eBay Link

I already own a TomTom ONE 3rd Edition. After comparing both of them, I found the TomTom ONE to be more accurate and easier to use. Even with the TTS, I still prefer the TomTom ONE in planning routes. However, the 650 has a MP3 player and a larger screen. In addition, it has an audio jack to connect to my speaker. Like some other Nuvi 650 owners, I find the voice to be quite soft.

The Nuvi 650 does not come with a manual, case, or AC Adapter.

I also recommend the Bracketron Dash Pad Link. For only $11, it can keep the GPS in place on a dashboard. This is especially useful for drivers in California and Minnesota, where windshield mounting is illegal. It is easy to put away afterward so thieves don't see it! I have one, and it is great!

Interesting about the TomTom vs. Garmin. I read reviews when I first bought my Nuvi 350, and it seemed like more people thought the tomtom ONE to be inferior for mapping than the Garmin (maybe due to teleatlas vs navteq?).

I'm pretty sure the non-refurbed one comes with manual/case/adapter/etc. My new 350 came with all that.

Yikes, why didn't you post that a few hours ago?? That looks awesome, I totally would have gone in for that. The garmin friction mount is about $30 everywhere, and it's a pain transferring the windshield mount from car to car. Also, my windshield mount got melted to the windshield, leaving rubber residue; also, whenever I'd transfer it to a new car it'd fall off after a half hour. And last, it makes your car a theft target (guess why I'm buying a 650 replacement?).

I've added the brackertron pad to my Amazon wish list. Man, wish I could've added it to my previous order. Oh well.

One of the user comments says his new 650 also did not come with those items and that they are included on the more expensive 660 model.

When I bought my retail package Garmin c320 a couple of years ago from Amazon it didn't come with those accessories either.

Ahh, good to know. I ordered one, so I'll see what it comes with. I sure hope it comes with a case and adapter, that'd be pretty lame otherwise.

I ordered my from Costco (already returned) and didn't come the case and home charger, you have to charge it through the computer, duh. And the car charger, when you use in the car, it will stop directioning if I remember corectly.

I don't know, but I tested the Nuvi 650 and the TomTom ONE to see which one would provide the most direct route home. The Garmin somehow told me to do a detour when I could've just went straight ahead... and I have the 2009 maps. Also, the TomTom is much easier to use when trying to find POIs, cities, streets, etc. In the Garmin, I have to type the whole street/city/POI name for the GPS to find it (on a ABC keyboard too). In the TomTom, I can just type the first few letters and it'll automatically show me the available choices (on a QWERTY keyboard). I swear Garmin, nobody searches the middle of words!

Even though the Nuvi 350 came with the AC adapter, case, and manual, the new Nuvi 650 does not come with those. It is a stripped down version of the Nuvi 660.
