the wierd part about that "no tech" limit is, without it, OD would be getting a lot more business/money from people. but since they choose to include it, we just go blow our money to the other competitors who don't have such phrasing in their coupon codes.

I would say OD might go bankrupt from better competition, but I realize there is NO competing going on, Staples is far superior. the OD has habit of putting stores where there isn't other"office supply" stores nearby then they claim they will PM but they know they don't have to.
