Please note although a shipping charge may appear on the sales receipt, we do not charge for shipping samples.

If one chooses Parcel Post as shipping method, then it doesn't even show up any shipping cost. I guess, they ensure that they ship the samples by Parcel Post although the default shipping method is Ground.
