It is traceable--any programs can use your swapfile as memory. This is made by the EFF (one great foundation if I may say so). It will encrypt your information and send it through a proxy that is chained through other peoples computers or nodes. This will really boost your security, but do note that of course, it's not 100% fool proof, and you should not use it for absolute anonymity. You should probably also use the extension switchproxy for this program to make configuring it with firefox a bit easier.
