I bank with them, and they finally are back to beating rates at ING which they have done consistently in the past.

I do not see 2.30% on their website, it is still 2.21%, lower than ING Direct.
Why a new thread? 2.3% is on their website though, for the eMoney Market account.
extra .05% wont convince me to leave ING

ING eats them for lunch.

I got the free $50 from ING.
Virtual Bank still says 2.21% APR on the home page.

Agreed that we don't need 2+ threads on this but, to be clear:
http://www.virtualbank.com/bc_esav_virtual.asp
says:
$0 and Up Apply 2.30%*
Effective January 10, 2005,
the following tiers will apply:
Under $10,000 Apply 2.30%*
$10,000 - $24,999 Apply 2.30%*
$25,000 - $49,999 Apply 2.30%*
$50,000 - $99,999 Apply 2.30%*
$100,000 and Up Apply 2.30%*
Looks like they are thinking of tiers but I see 2.3% on the home page and here. Where are people seeing something different?
No, I'm seeing the 2.30 as well.
I use both ING and VB; I tend not to move money between them, as the difference in rates doesn't make it that big of a deal. But whoever has the higher rate at the time of a deposit, gets that deposit.
