After $750 in purchases within 4 months, annual fee waived for 1st year. Good find, most of the other ones are only 20k.

anyone knows if Citi limits bonus to first time AAdvanage card holders? I got on the similar deal last year and got 25K miles, wondering if I can do it again...

The link takes you to bridgetrack.com. Can you trust them?

It actually goes to "http://www.away6.citicards.com" first, then directs you to bridgetrack.com. As far as I know, "citicards.com" is a legit domain (for Citibank). And "bridgetrack.com" always seems to be related to most Citi applications. So I don't think we have to worry about that.

To this effect, anyone think you can go for all three? That would be a sweet 75k mile day...

They're miles... they are used to get free airline tickets. It is possible to use Points.com to exchange them for gift cards though.

If you are in need of less than 25,000 miles, and do not want to mess with charging $750 to the card, then the 15,000 miles promo is still valid and only requires one purchase with no minimum. Link

Thanks OP. Instantly approved.

Update: Applied for the AMEX version too (got too greedy I guess). Did not get an instant approval. But today I checked the status and was approved. Thanks again OP for the (hopefully) 50000 points.

I have the same question. I currently have the AA Citibank MasterCard, and charge over $750 on that card a month. If I could apply for a different card also (like the AA American Express), I'll switch my charging to that one until I get the 25K miles, then cancel.

With the old deal you get 10000 bonus miles on top of the 30000 miles earned after spending $10,000. If you charge a lot thene the old deal is better. If you don't charge much then this is better.

great deal.

and to those asking, I've been able to get multiple mile bonuses with different cards before...

Apply it and right before 1yr anniversary is approaching, convert it to other no-annual-fee cards. The conversion is easy -- it spends you at most 5 minutes with the CSR.

Thanks. Is the points.com safe ? It's asking all card number information !!

A real shame that AA miles are devalued as much as they are. There was a day when the actually got you decent flights.
