HORRIBLE

Horrible service. I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my mom since I couldn't make it home. It was supposed to be delivered the Thursday before Mother's Day. I just got off the phone with the shipping company and yeah they now show delivery on Wednesday after Mother's Day. What the heck. Thanks a lot for nothing. I paid extra for express delivery. Even with summer packaging the chocolate will be crap after sitting in shipping for a freaking week. I'm posting fraud on my order through my credit card. I will never use ZChocolat again

Zchocolat.com scammer

Hi My Name is Cherry, Zchocolat.com is a scammer online store, i bought the chocolat from online for my aunt birthday and it was shipped to Indonesia on June 14'11 for $140 include chocolat and shippment etc and i was fine and happy that my aunt got the chocolat eventhou was late few days, but two month later on Aug 17' 11, i got charge again from Zchocolat without notice for $126 and they said for the tarrifs and duties, to me this is wrong and they should let me know and mention it that i will need to pay extra for this. I don't recommend to buy from them and don't bother to try, because the chocolat was not special too and Scammer!!!
