I do a lot of shopping at Kmart. Price is really competitive and often on sale plus reward points to sweet the deals. I average spending for Kmart is about $100 each month. Recently, I got 3-sets roller skaters for $50. Similar quality at Target cost about $40-45 a pair. Once you join their shopyourway rewards, you get more discount on top of on sale. I guess most people just don't have the time and skill to browse stores and do the math.

There are never more than about five employees in my Kmart whenever I go in there, and they STILL seem to outnumber the customers. I don't think these closings are going to adversely affect employment to any great extent in these locations.

Wow. He's even crazier than I thought. "His dream, former colleagues say, is to turn Shop Your Way into a hybrid of Amazon and Facebook. The website now features profile pages for celebrities such as Nicki Minaj and Adam Levine, and Lampert, under his favored pseudonym, Eli Wexler"
This would explain the crazy home page for SYWR. We need to monetize more somehow. Anyone shorting?
