This website has been established to provide potential class members with important information regarding the Settlement in the action entitled SNYDER v. FARMERS INSURANCE COMPANY OF WASHINGTON and MID-CENTURY INSURANCE COMPANY, Case No. 13-2-15638-1, Washington Superior Court, County of Pierce.
IF YOU HAD A FARMERS AUTO INSURANCE POLICY IN WASHINGTON AND RECEIVED PAYMENT TO COVER DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE BETWEEN DECEMBER 12, 2007 - MAY 1, 2010, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GET A PAYMENT FROM THIS CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT.Subject to Court Approval, the settlement will provide up to $10,737,245 (less legal fees and costs) to pay claims from those who properly submit Claim Forms by December 26, 2016.The Settlement affects the rights of all Farmers and Mid-Century Washington insureds who received payment under their collision or comprehensive coverage for property damage to their insured automobiles between December 12, 2007 and May 1, 2010 and meet certain other requirements (set forth below).
