The PayPal Giving Fund will add 1% to your charity donations 

Donate a minimum of $10 to charity via the PayPal Giving Fund page, choosing the charity of your choice and PayPal will give 101% of the donation to the charity you choose (basically they give an extra 1%, so if you donate $100 your charity will get $101).Paypal Giving Fund does NOT charge charities fees to receive donations.

Charities that accept CC on their own web page may not code correctly and the charities may have agreements to pay interchange fees.  That is beyond PayPal's control.
