Citi Credit Monitor letter
Disclaimer
I was customer of the former Citi Credit Monitoring service off and on for many month .. perhaps years.  I stopped using that service after being notified it was being shut down by Citi. AFIK, I was treated properly financially .. even taking advantage of various long term price promotions.  Some time later, I received a refund check for some reason along with a letter trying to explain something.

Fast forward to today.  I received another letter and refund check for $153.49.  Apparently Citi was ordered by the CFPB to refund more fees based on some kind of fuzzy math along with some interest.  Not all refund checks will be that amount.  The fuzzy math answer will vary depending on how long you had the service and the price you paid.

Bottom line - OPEN EVERYTHING YOU GET IN THE MAIL FROM CITI.
