Staples rebate issues

All the Staples online rebates I submitted since May 1 were bounced due to    <custom value error>
The one email I did receive from them also stated the rebate was 14-xxxxx, which means it was from 2014
I called in and had them fix the 8 different receipts, what fun
All of the original submissions had a tracking number that was not in their system, and I couldn't see any of them on the rebate search by name/email/zipcode

It is time to check yours and make the call.

I've had that happen to me as well. Their system sucks.

According to their postcards and email I have a nasty habit of enclosing the "wrong UPC" when I submit through their totally automated online system. Maybe they just love the fact itheir bugs probably filter out a good 20-40% of people that miss the email or postcard and then they get to keep our money.
