American Media, Inc. et al., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Case No. 2:16-cv-11367-JEL-EAS.NATURE OF THE SETTLEMENTA Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against magazine publishers American Media, Inc. and Odyssey Magazine Publishing Group, Inc. The class action lawsuit accuses American Media, Inc. and Odyssey Magazine Publishing Group, Inc. of disclosing their customers’ subscription information to third parties in violation Michigan privacy law.

Current Class Action Lawsuit - $100.00 Payout per person - Michigan Residents 
If you have a Michigan street address and obtained a Free or Paid subscription to an American Media, Inc. Publication between April 14, 2010 and July 31, 2016. American Media Inc.

I received a card in the mail. This is the third time . The first paid out $38.00 to me the second was around $35.00 to my husband. I think this will end up being around the same amount.  Each card listed different magazines.
