Tello Pay As You Go Policy change - Activity every 3 months

With the help of this & the other forum I had switched from Ringplus to Tello PayAsYouGo service when RP service was cancelled in May. 

At that time the policy was an activity within 6mo to keep your balance.  I do not use the phone as I have a different service, and this is a backup

I was just checking the account and noticed a few things:
- Balance has gone down to $6.xx... 30day activity is showing a SMS.
- Checking FAQ policy has changed beginning Sept 1 2017 - It now requires activity every 3 months to keep the account active and keep the balance.  I did not receive a notification from Tello regarding the policy change, and I  wanted to make others aware in case you may have not received the notification, and if you do not want to loose your # or balance.
I did notify Customer service that I had not received the policy change notification.

OK - so if you use your Tello phone that infrequently, set a Google Calendar reminder just under three months from now, to remind yourself to spend 1 cent to send someone a text before your balance expires...then move the calendar reminder up another 2.99 months til next time.
