Personally I would go with the Corsair PSU which is 80 Plus Bronze Certified energy efficient while the OEM Ultra PSU is not.

You honestly can not even compare the two. Yes they are both power supplys, thats where the similarities end. Ultra generally is garbage, Corsair makes great units and for this price it is a no brainer.

Red me if you wish, but 10+ years building and servicing PC's; I have learned there is one part not to skimp out on and that is a solid power supply. My last few build's have all been Corsair, Seasonic, or FSP Group. Can't beat the Corsair's for the price, even the 430 on sale is enough to power nearly any single GPU computer.

Bought this deal, good PSU for very good price.
