Does it print CDs, DVDs ? I do not see it in specs. Probably answered my own question...........

It does not print CDs or DVDs. It's an ok printer. It printed clearly at first but lately the quality has been less than good. And I've cleaned it and aligned it. And the document feeder is touchy. I don't think I'd buy this model again.

FYI, Coupon code works on multiple printers:

Extra $50 off with coupon 85615 at checkout.

Valid on select Epson printers regularly $199 or more

Just did a price match at my local Office Depot store who has this on sale for $99.99. I printed a copy of the St@ples offer and got them to match the $49.99 price.

Don't waste your time trying to get an Office Depot online price match, their call center help is absolutely clueless

Why would you want to buy it at Office Depot versus Staples? Staples has a much better rewards program.

Online OD won't PM to online Staples due to this being OOS online. This is BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store), thus a store will PM it as long availability is shown in other stores.

I have a canon printer. It works great for almost 2 years. Then it functions less good than before. Everything has a lifespan.

Does it work with dash cam?

Can I use this as a cheap black and white only printer, or am I forced to buy and install the expensive color cartridges to use it?

I have been using this printer fairly heavily for my business for the last week or so, and at this price point it is really hard to beat.

In Fatwallet tradition, don't forget that Discover Card can use $20 rewards for a $25 e-giftcard to take it down to $40.

Yes, but when sitting up on your dashboard it can interfere a bit with your road visibility.

This is a great printer, handles mixed media really intuitively. For $50 it is a no brainer.

maybe try one since mine is not working Epson is good for me

Any suggestions for cheap ink for this printer?

Got it!! Thanks

While not as cheap as Brother replacement carts, these are still pretty cheap

I have two 3640 with refillable ink carts from eBay. Bought printers at Costco for $100 each.
Had them about a year with no issues. Ink is pigment type bought from eBay similar to the following:

I have this and love it.  However, If you use cheap ink it ruins it.  Cheap ink blocked portions of the print head and could never fully get it cleaned.  Exchanged for a new one.  Second time did the same thing with another cheap ink.  Exchanged again.  Spent $80 on the Epson ink pack and haven't issues for the last year.  If you can afford the real ink, this is a great printer.
