This is one of those deals where you have to keep refreshing the page or checking the site to get this price. You can almost always get it for $202.30, but I waited and they had it several times yesterday for $173.40. Yes, it is not upgradable and has only 2GB of RAM. Yes, it is not a true SSD and is also not upgradable and slower than an SSD. The CPU is better than the Atom CPUs with a Passmark of 1965. The storage is 64GB which is better than the 32GB that the recent Best Buy laptop deal. This is for my wife who is OK with the Asus X205 with the Atom CPU and 2GB RAM and 32 GB SSD. I am hoping this one will be significantly faster although the battery life will not be as good.

Hint: That CPU *is* an Atom.

There are several in stock at that price this morning.

I have a netbook with a single core atom N280 CPU that I bought many years ago when they first came out with a passmark of 288 and it is / was slow (I haven't used it for a couple of years).
This Lenovo is a quad core pentium with a passmark of 1965.
I am still using a desktop with an Athlon II X2 240 dual core 65 watt CPU with a passmark of 1646. This computer works great for most things and when it doesn't I use my Core-i3 desktop. It seems that so many CPUs get called Atoms and so many people hate them due to the slowness of the original single core atoms.
