may be a monthly deal. check the signs in store and also price check it at the self serve coupon kiosk. Info from Living Rich which is a trustworthy blog. deal is national if valid.

I didn't see it either but it worked for me. It's listed on the page in the RP insert with a coupon.

I had printed a coupon for this, then found that there was a coupon in the RP (both coded differently), then got to the store and there was a coupon attached to the item. Decided to use the one that was attached and it beeped but the cashier pushed it thru.

Got the $6 ECB and $3 back from Ibotta.
