I bought one of these a few months ago. I rarely leave home without it anymore. It can sit in a hot car, on the side of a field, or on my nightstand for hours and, sure enough, there's still plenty of ice in it. My wife used to carry around one of those Bubba Jugs but these seem to do as well or better and they don't look as ridiculous.
Magnum Steel makes these steel tumblers also. Theirs are not on sale right now (that I know of) but if you find that the base is a little too wide on this RTIC one then you should look at MS's slim 30 oz one. Some cup holders fit the wide base better, others play nicer with the slim.

The transaction went perfect and the product works as claimed. I love it. I use it almost everyday. It doesn't keep ice as long, or keep my drinks quite as cool as my wife's yeti of the same size. I'm still pretty happy with it.
My WalMart has tons of these. Check your store and save a few bucks! Yep, those work great too!

RTIC warranty: "90 days from the original date of receipt." (Which according to reviewers may only apply to items purchased directly from RTIC, not even AZ) Ozark Trail warranty: Lifetime.
I know which one I'm buying.

Let us know when you are actually successful in getting one warrantied -- I can just imagine the blank stares at the local WalMart ...

I know which one I'm buying. Do you have to ship it back at your expense? If so then neither warranty is really worth anything.

Ozark Trail is a WalMart brand, the company doesn't have an online RMA portal (or a website at all, apparently) so all returns and exchanges must go through WalMart stores.
Which is ideal I'd say - I'd rather have a store to deal with than a return center somewhere in the country that would make me ship it back to them on my dime. Unless you return / exchange *a lot* of merchandise without receipts WalMart CS is generally very lenient. Even if a store took the hard line (very unlikely) then there's always another store around somewhere to try again... or the same store another day
