I counted 7 different ports, how did it get 75... i'm not sure i've seen 75 different memory devices in my lifetime, are they counting each memory size separately like from 256MB to 256GB? how cheesy

It is truly a great time to be alive, all these formats supported, even MS DUO Magic Gate that was released in 1999.  What else can I ask for....

I would kindly ask for simplification / reduction in redundancy.  But that would fly in the face of the marketing geniuses who attempt to extract higher profits in the storage memory sector.

rated:
you got the redundant part right, most of those names simply refer to speed, have nothing to do with hardware formats.

with the right USB header converter, you can use this externally. The molex power is for the 5v on the front to power the SATA drive if connected. if you need to read one of your 75 possible memory cards on the go

I took a similar device and opened it up.  I then used a cut up usb adapter and made connections inside so I could use it via USB.  I've had it for years and it still works.  A simple adapter could be used to even power the SATA drive from usb so long as it is an SSD drive.  The magnetic drives would likely need more power then USB 2.0/3.0 provides.  If however you figured out a way to wire this up to a USB C port there would likely be enough power to even run regular non-SSD SATA drives.

I saw that it's out of stock.Did it sale out?
