Yeah, after some digging around, I see you can get a decent AC1200 router for only $10 more...

While $45 is a GREAT price for this router (even for a refurb), bought one (NIB) w/ the hopes of loading DD-WRT onto it. Only found one build (a VERY outdated version) that actually loaded. Because of that, ended up returning the unit and getting an RT-AC68U. The latter unit successfully loaded the then CURRENT versions of DD-WRT w/o issues (and has successfully loaded updated versions as they've gotten released). In fairness, I spent more than double the price of the current deal on the RT-AC68U.
