I believe it was a $15 voucher on $100 the subsequent week, so not quite as good.

rated:
One week in Nov, then 2 weeks back to back in Dec.
The vouchers rolled for the fee, so the new $15 wasn't so bad.

Also, the fee on the $400 variable was the same as the $100, but the card counted towards the turkey (and other) freebies. So a nice double-dip.

BTW, 3 SRites in upstate NY only have the 100.00 Visa issued by Bankcorp, not usable for MO at WM, My plan is to just use for normal spend. What happened to the 200.00 Visa Gift cards from metabank? Also the Danbury CT SR do not even sell these, unless I missed them. Could never find any GC displays in the Danbury stores. Neither could service rep. They only sell their own cards.

That 2 lb bag of 31-40 ct raw large shrimp for $8.88 is a good deal, save $5. Otherwise, all the bagged shrimp are $2 off the rest of the week (This one would be $11.88), so for Fri & Sat you save $3 more than you would with your card.

And the last 5 years they had  small bus. Saturday credits, which ended this year,so no guarantee of Amex continuing a long standing tradition.

Before we all head out tomorrow, take notice the ad says, the items below require your PP card and a $10.00 additional purchase.

PP card was addressed in the OP.  the purchase of the gift card ($20 back on $100) on the same order should satisfy that requirement. if not, there are lots of great sales to take advantage of, easy to spend $10 on other stuff you need at SR.

Its the $10 minimum purchase I am pointing out. it cannot include any of the other 2 day items to satisfy that requirement.

ALSO, CONFIRMING, purchase of the $100 GC deal DOES COUNT towards the $10 spend needed to get all the front page grocery deals (Kcups, Bounty/Tide/Charmin, etc) I got the KCups with a Vanilla $100 VISA and it worked just fine!!  ALL ON ONE TRANSACTION (can't use self check out) must pay at manned register.

rated:
Bought 3x$100 GCs. On one of the transactions, used the same PP card by mistake. Manager was kind enough to give me $20 cash back. I didn't buy any $10 stuff along with $100 GC. Just $100 GC per transaction and voucher printed out fine. However, saw signs in the store...promotion excludes Visa, Amex, Mastercard purchases...but I think that is BS...the original ad doesn't exclude any GC except Shoprite. Not sure if anyone actually bought Visa, MC, Amex cards and got the $20 voucher.

These deals having been repeating every year for the last at least 3-4 years. Yet it manages to create confusion for everyone including store employees.
