It looks like Coinfetch is offering their service for free right now. It's similar to Paribus and keeps track of prices after a purchase and files claims for the difference should the price drop.

They also have an interesting twist where you get paid 5% of the savings from anyone you refer, which they don't seem to have a limit on.

Member Summary
Pretty much the same onerous permissions that these types of services require to work. If privacy is a huge concern, you should create a separate email account for invoices.

Permissions for the Android app:

  • View, manage, and permanently delete your mail in Gmail
  • Create, update, and delete labels
  • Compose and send new email
  • View your settings (e.g., filters and labels)
  • View your full name, profile picture and profile URL
  • View any publicly available information on your Google+ profile (if you have one or create one in the future)

Only works with gmail.

from their faq:

Which merchants do you support?
We currently support Banana Republic, Best Buy, Bloomingdales, Gap, J.Crew, Macys, Newegg, Nordstrom, Staples, Target, WalMart, Zappos, Costco, Gymboree, Carters, and many more on the way.

I wonder why they don't support Amazon.

Amazon seemed to have stopped price matching on everything except TVs since May: https://techcrunch.com/2016/05/23/amazon-kills-its-price-protection-policy/

I was able to get a price match by calling Amazon recently, and it wasn't for a TV.

Price match or adjustment?

Can you add more than one email address?

I don't think so. Looks like you have to login separately.

It was a price adjustment.

If not, try an email forwarder that forwards to multiple addresses.

Signed up a while back and it really works! Coinfetch just made a successful claim for $21.20 with Target for me. Thanks OP!

Thanks OP! I just got my first successful claim. It was $1.07 but looking forward to more

It looks like Earny and Slice Drops also does something similar, but not free or fully automated.

Strange reviews.

It's now changed to free until end of the year.

So far 14 reviews which looks like fake.
