The Tab A is not a typical S-Pen device, correct?

If I am not mistaken, this would be a barely decent deal on a 2014 Galaxy Note.

What am I missing here?

EDIT: http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/tablets/all-other-tablets/samsu...

Samsung actually displays it with an S-Pen, so is this the next generation of "Galaxy Note??" Because the very old now 2014 Note 10.1 would not have Android Marshmallow 6.0

From C/Net: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1-inch with S Pen (2016) Release Date, Price and Specs - CNET

  • 10.1-inch WUXGA display with a resolution of 1,920x1,200 pixels
  • Exynos 7870 octo-core processor
  • Android Marshmallow 6.0
  • 3GB RAM
  • 16GB of storage
  • Expandable microSD storage up to 256GB
  • 1.22 pounds (553 grams)
  • Wi-Fi-only
  • Antiglare screen with blue light filter

.

Usually ships within 1 to 2 months. Why?

Brand Name Samsung
Item model number SM-P580NZKAXAR
Operating System Android 6.0 Marshmalow

Wonder if this will get the next upgrade?

Also not a fan of the fixed mechanical button.

OOS until Feb or March?
