I want to pull the trigger but why are the reviews on the site so bad?

Anyone know if Dell will price match it? I have a $300 Dell card to use.

I bought this computer a week ago. I will be going in to the store for a price adjustment. It's a great laptop. My coworker has the same one and has been using it for 6 months without any flaws. I would not pay attention to the reviews as I cant understand why this system is getting such bad reviews.

I agree. It's the best laptop that I've ever used. I bought one for my wife and liked it so much that I bought one for myself. As a bonus, it's easy to upgrade and replace the RAM, HDD or SSD, and battery.

Thanks for the feedback!  On the Q&A, someone asked if the RAM was upgradeable, and the answer was "No. 8gb maximum.".  How were you able to upgrade?  Also, how did you upgrade the battery?  Ins't it fixed?
(apologies in advance if these are "noob" questions!)

Reviews are all complaints about the touchscreen failing, FYI.
