Not really a deal, you can get the pro for 199 with a free ring sign or I've seen the ring pro as low as 150 on crazy sales.

I heard the pro has better image quality versus the regular.

I just got Lowes to price match plus 10% off which brought it to $179.99 plus another 5% off using my Lowes card bring it down to $170.99.

  Didn't know this was possible. Thanks.

But upon review of the Ring Pro I did not like the fact that you could not record the video yourself onto a SD card like most other security cameras.  You have to pay a monthly fee to have it uploaded to a cloud if you want to save any video clips.  If you don't pay the monthly fee for that feature then you merely get alerts of motion and can see it in real time, but it is not saved anywhere.

This is a really good product, and $30 / year for storage up to 6 months is not that expensive.
