These 40 sellers would do well to identify items they have listed that aren't in a qualifying category but generally could be, albeit the category they're typically listed under is most appropriate. The category just shouldn't be deemed innapproriate for the item being listed under it. Actually, eBay must agree otherwise the option to choose a second category when listing an item wouldn't be available.
