Are there any 144 Hz monitors?

Doesn't seem like any savings over new.  I see new Dell, LG, AOC and Acer  24" monitors for under $100 on sale regularly (all with 3 year warranties).
why pay $89 for a 21-22" refurb?  I bought new Acer 24" monitors for under $80 from Amazon prime as well as Walmart.

Agreed - if you want a decent monitor, spend $100 on new. If you just want something cheap, the $40 options are pretty compelling.
