OP, please explain why you thought this was worthy of posting. Why should anyone care about the end of this rip-off fee profit center for Chase? Apparently because of changes in the way Chase is allowed to charge cash advance fees etc. as a result of Federal Consumer Protection Bureau's work.

Are we supposed to be cheering or crying?

Anyone with a Chase CC should have gotten this notice via their online message center a month or two ago.

Snail mail version just arrived this week. Yes, I have Chase CC. No, I do not bank at Chase.
Notice came anyway.
