Yesterday I was traveling on Swiss International Airlines and agreed to take the next flight in exchange for some money. The funds were issued in a form of Swiss Bankers Easy Cash Maestro card (in CHF). Has anyone had similar experiences and found an efficient way to take out the cash with minimal fees? I don't plan on being in Switzerland for 6+ months, but I will be in Spain in a week or so and would be fine with taking out Euros.

Have you looked at their website?

http://www.maestrocard.com/gateway/where/where_atm.html appears to show Allpoint brand ATMs can be used in the USA, possibly with no fee's (if the checkbox is to be believed).

There are an order of magnitude more in Spain.

Just wait a week and use a Spanish ATM.
