I switched in 2017 Enrollment from Anthem Blue Cross to Valley Health. Both are rated quite low (2 stars), but Valley Health is a bit cheaper. Anyone has any experience with Valley Health? Valley Health Yelp reviews are quite horrible.

I can't imagine that you will find a health insurance company with good reviews, anywhere.

Will you have to find a new roster of doctors? If so, it is such a rigamarole to call around to see if the doctors on the new insurance company's list are accepting new patients, then waiting months to get in to see them for a new-patient appointment, etc. Will you be able to continue to use the hospitals you prefer, and the drop-in medi-check type of place that is nearest your house/workplace?

To save just a little bit of money in terms of premiums or co-pays etc., it might not be worth switching from one 2-star plan to another, if you consider the other costs to yourself.
