As Jerosen posted, 580 is the minimum for a 3.5% FHA loan. You *can* get a mortgage with your 625 score, but score alone isn't everything for qualifying. You could still not qualify based on your income, or your revolving debt payments.

Strive to find a mortgage company that does manual underwriting and have a conversation with them.
