Doesn't seem that amazing at a hefty $495 annual fee but does offer bonus spend in different categories (gas and groceries) than your typical Chase Sapphire Reserve.

The business insider article mentions a sign-up bonus that ranges from 25k-50k but I wasn't able to find it on the actual UBS website.
