What would a FWF Monopoly board game look like?

Instead of a shoe, iron, cat, etc. perhaps one can play as a crown vic or avatar of Codename47?

Park Place and Broadway might be replaced by Amex Plat and CSR credit card signup bonuses.

Instead of going to jail, maybe you become the owner of a timeshare condo or whole life insurance policy.

There'd need to be a few community chest payouts from class action settlements, at least one for a TCPA suit, and a "Star of the Week".

Credit score should definitely be a game mechanic. Also every player should have an inquiry counter for the last two trips around the board and lose a turn if they get a Chase offer but are over 5/24.

You purchase a house within your means in 2006 with 20% down and make all mortgage payments, lose $100,000.

Community Chest: You ask "who is IBJANKY?" - lose 3 turns or go to POORHOUSE (Instead of Jail).
Utilities replaced by "Whatever solar company" and "Buy precious metals".
If you land on spot marked "tripleB", you have to change your game piece (Alt ID).
Chance - you entice crditors to break law, go to court, and lose = go directly to poorhouse.
As you pass "GO", you must chant "PYBDB" or else you collect NOTHING!
Just to make it interesting, one Die has ONLY even numbers, and other Die has ONLY odd numbers.  Every roll always is odd number (keeps you from rolling doubles, and taking a huge lead).

If you're invested in only index funds, you are exempt from having to get out of your chair for beer/snack runs for the rest of the game.
Collect $0 now, but if the game lasts 2 hours then collect $1,000.

The Active Portfolio:
If you're invested in any individual stocks or pay for "Active Management", you're the beer b*tch for the rest of the game.
Roll 1 die: 1-2 collect $300; 3-6 lose $200.
