Motif fee question

To anybody who uses Motif investing: I usually invest at Fidelity, but I want to try a specific basket of 20 stocks, each kept at 5% weight.  Motif seems like the only place you can do this in one trade - correct me if there are other options, please.

Anyway, question is that they show a "wire out" fee of $25.  Can this be avoided by just doing an ach "pull" from another institution as opposed to a push?  I have one bank account that is the same - won't let me push out without a fee, but fidelity can pull from it without issue.  If they actually charge $25 each time you transfer funds out of the motif account, that's outrageous.

can't usually pull from a non-bank, ACH seems free as it should be

They finally wrote back and said ACH is free.  If you're interested in basket investing, motif seems like a good deal.
