Unfortunately, the example you chose is a very bad example. Price: 122.205 ? That means your purchase would have you pay $22.205 over and above each $100.00 of principle.
Study the link supplied by xerty. Then check out some online classes.

  Well, it's homework, it doesn't have to be super realistic.

That's a WEIRD bond. Trading at 122, but callable at 100 in Sept 2020? It's got to have some sort of an equity option built in that's close to or in the money. Otherwise, that's a YTM of <1%, that's worse than LIBOR.
