Thanks, Mrs. G.

Personal story - 2 years ago in November, I had to perform CPR on my mother. I had never done it in my life, and without the aid of 911, my mother would have died right then and there. It seemed forever for the paramedics to get there, but in reality it was only about 4 minutes. Once you start CPR, you can't stop. It's laboring & when you're not sure what you're doing, it makes it extremely nerve wracking and scary. My mother passed away in January 2015, but the paramedics said I saved my mother's life that day. This Thanksgiving, the same as two years ago, I'm thankful I was able to spend an extra 2 months with my mom before God called her home.

If you don't know how to do CPR, I highly recommend taking a course at your local hospital or FD for hands on experience.
