Check you account or an email with the Subject Line “Start your day free all month long” for the Free Bagel A Day reward in May. Remember that you can order online for pickup either the same day or in the future which means you can wait to go to Panera for a couple of days and pick up multiple bagels at one time. You just need to order them each day using your reward, but can pick up a few at one time (use same day/time on each order) to save you from going to Panera each day of the month.

got bagel. Wanted coffee

nice tip, the multiple bagels thing. thanks

i dint get email, but i checked the online account, but not sure where to look.

Targeted. I had the free bagel offer last month, but not anymore. Didn't like the plain bagel and I thought they would prepare it for you.

Rather get coffee and no rewards this month

If you have the offer, you can also get iced coffee for free if that is your thing. I was a little disappointed when I had this last time (in March), since apparently they only offer iced coffee on their Spring /summer menu (the strange thing was it was available to order online, but every time I ordered it, they would tell me that they didn't have it when I arrived to pick it up and would sub it for something else), and I couldn't get the iced coffee that time. In fact, some of the newer high school employees were shocked to learn that iced coffee was even a thing that Panera ever sold and didn't understand how I could order it on the app. Sure enough, iced coffee was actually available and posted on the actualy in-store menus at the beginning of April, after my offer was over.

Thanks for the tip MrsGuin!

Different months for different folks... My Free Bagel month was this April... and of course I missed it

  They do prepare it for you to an extent since they offered us to slice them and butter them but wouldnt put cream cheese on when asked (for free of course)

can't do future orders... FW effect??

Unlikely since I don't see lots of discussion about that here. But I also noticed it yesterday and am very upset since I used to place an order for a future date and then use that day's freebie at the same time to avoid a trip;

  Quite likely, actually. Or the SD (or insert any other prolific deal forum here) effect. I read about this change on that other forum weeks ago. I get it, makes sense that Panera might not want people "lazily" stockpiling orders into a single mass pickup.
