Great deal on a new (not refurb'd) Cuisinart SS-700 at Lowe's brick and mortar.

Sticker says clearance at $148, but it rings up $116.80.

Original price is $199.

Make sure you check the pack dates to ensure the included coffee is as fresh as possible. Inventory at the Merrillville Indiana store varied from November of 2011 until July of 2012.

This uses the licensed K-Cup design from Keurig, and other reviewers noted this seems to be more reliable than the Keurig machines, and has a good warranty (3 year) with it.

If you have a new mover's coupon (10% off), this might make this an even hotter deal. Not sure if those can be used on clearance items. Maybe someone on the board can clarify?

We get tons of these and the Breville BKC700XL returns in our Lowes salvage. Internally both are basically the same unit made by the same manufacturer in China. To sum it up they look awesome but they are a POS. The pumps and heating elements in them fail often. Also beware when they are actually working the pumps in these two are VERY loud compared to current generation Keurig branded K-Kup brewers. You will not be making midnight beverages for Santa's helpers without waking up the kiddies with this one.
