I know this is not an ultrabook but battery life is disappointing at only 3.3 hours. anyone who owns can't comment about quality or portability?

and the processor speed. Is it noticably slower vs an I3?

charts here ( show that its comparable, just want to get an opinion on how it runs especially with windows 8.
