J. A. Henckels has been manufacturing fine cutlery since 1731. Made in Solingen, Germany, its knives are forged which is superior to stamping. The FRIODUR ice-hardening process provides a sharper initial edge for easier maintenance over time. Large knives are crafted using Henckels' exclusive Sinternal Component Technology, which fuses blade, bolster and tang into a single, seamless piece for precision, easy handling, and balance. Knives in the Pro series are made of high-carbon stainless steel and precision honed with a laser-controlled edge. Key features are a reduced bolster for full blade sharpening, and a permanently and seamlessly bonded full tang that extends to the back of the polypropylene handle. High HRC (Rockwell Hardness) of 57 ensures a lifetime of quality with minimal maintenance.

Zwilling Pro is the most advanced version of the Professional series knives. The Zwilling Pro incorporates the 45 degree contoured bolster to maintain a comfortable pinch grip on the blade.
Zwilling Pro has the traditional 3 riveted Novodur handle, yet as added blade width to enhance the cutting path during normally dicing and slicing of vegetables and fruits. This is the most robust and balanced knife in the Zwilling Collection.

5.5 is pretty small. I hope that's just the blade. If that is the entire knife, it should be called a paring knife!

same price here with free shipping.

actually looking for the same 5" or 5.5" in the pro S line, spot any?
