Not bad, the charger with interchangeable plugs is a nice touch.

# of recharges : up to 1000 (eneloop is 1500)
Retains 80% over 1 year (eneloop is 75% over 3 years).

Edit: Comparison with eneloop 2nd Gen, there is a 3rd Gen out now which I didn't know about.

if you don't need the charger because you already have one or is thinking of the La Crosse charger and need more batteries, the Costco eneloop deal that shows up ever so often may be more for you. Usually ~ $20 for 8 AA's, 4 AAA's and the standard charger.
