Darth Winner Chicken Dinner

Here is a link to the generator at Costco.com. The price at Costco.com is $700. However, it is $550 in-store (see 6/13 - 7/7 coupons). I bought the same model in December 2012 for $700. I haven't needed it yet, but in test runs it has seemed to be fine. I bought it because even at $700 it seemed like a good deal for a decent amount of power, a wheel kit, a 2-year warranty, and Costco's "lifetime guarantee". At $550, it seems like a steal.

Thx for the deal info.

FYI....They no longer have a "lifetime guarantee" policy. See here :

The lifetime guarantee still exists. But, as mentioned in the article you linked, electronics are excluded. Here is what Costco says:
Costco said: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. The following must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, touch screen tablets, MP3 players and cellular phones.

220 pounds - wow

Yeah, it is heavy. But, I believe most (all?) models with this much power are heavy. Fortunately it comes with a wheel-kit that is easy to assemble.

Picked on up in Hackensack, NJ yesterday.... the thing is a BEHEMOTH.... but will easily handle what I need to throw at it:
2 sump pumps
Lighting and Outlets

Now to order up a trifuel kit!

For anyone interested, I picked up an extra fuel can from here, was the best price for an excellent rated design:

Also got the extension to make it easier to pout into the tank:
