Classic video games from the 1970s and 1980s have been put online by the Internet Archive and can be played within a web browser for nothing. The collection has launched with games from five early home consoles, including the Atari 2600, Colecovision, The Atari 7800 ProSystem, The Magnavox Odyssey˛ and The Astrocade

The games do not have sound, but will soon, the Internet Archive said.

... RC Pro Am, *something* and Super Sprint - what's the *something*?      Of course those are all NES games, so maybe they'll make it to the site later. Maybe.

says it works best with the most updated browser, I don't think OS is an issue (s/b ok with win 7/8).

Mac can be an issue due to java.

Ill stick with my original xbox , the best emulator in the world !!

Do they have Pong?

Awesome. Can't wait to give a try.

This is great! I love this line...

" The Atari 2600 is ironically somewhat difficult to emulate quickly, so a fast machine is a big help. It is also suggested you use the Firefox browser to run the emulator. "
