I know that Ikea furniture is cheap and will sometimes fall apart, but sometimes a temporary solution is needed.

Eat in the restaurant for free with a $ 100 purchase. Last time they did this, I took my family and we at $ 70 worth of food and got it taken off our purchase at the register.

Better yet you turn around and sell the furniture you just bought on Cr@igslist and sell it at a loss.

Or sell on Craigslist for a profit. I know that sounds funny but it's happened to us a couple times when cleaning out the house. Sold book shelves and entertainment stands for probably 25% more than we paid.

"I wish I'd never heard of Craigslist."

"And I quote: "Looking for roommate. Blind to life's imperfections. Must be good with hands." Or would you rather *I* build furniture and you pay rent?"
